2. Use Mild Detergent: Opt for a mild, non-bleach detergent to prevent damage to the fabric and maintain its color.
3. Do Not Soak: Avoid soaking the saree for prolonged periods to prevent color bleeding and fabric distortion.
4. Dry in Shade: After washing, hang the saree to dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight, to prevent fading and maintain softness.
