With this ID, you can conveniently monitor the progress of your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, we promptly email you the tracking number. Additionally, you can access the tracking number within your account’s order history panel upon logging in.

Delivery Timeframes: Once your order has undergone processing and dispatch, it typically arrives within 8-12 days*. Please note that the shipping times indicated on our website for each item are approximate and indicative values only. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may lead to delays. In the event of a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or an unusual delay in fulfilling an order, we will promptly notify you via email. Depending on the situation, we may opt to deliver your order in separate shipments. Alternatively, in some cases, we may offer to reimburse you for the unfulfilled portion of the order.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than standard delivery times and may be subject to additional surcharges. We will notify you if your delivery address falls into a remote area and discuss any additional charges before processing your order.
